I've loaded it up with a full cake and a teapot plus two cups and it handled the weight without any flexing. The 3.5cm depth means I don't have to worry about spills when carrying it from the kitchen to the garden.
The depth is the selling point for me—3.5cm deep means I can carry a full pot of tea and four mugs without anything sloshing over. It's already handled two Sunday baking sessions and come out of the oven looking just as good.
I loaded it up with a whole cake, a teapot, and four mugs, and the 22cm width gave everything enough room without anything hanging off the edge. The enamel surface wipes clean in seconds, so it’s already become my go-to for carrying breakfast out to the garden.
