The square shape gives me way more usable space than my old round tray, and that deep rim makes it perfect for roasting veggies without any spillover. Cleanup is a breeze too—everything slides right off the heavy steel.
That heavy-gauge steel really holds its shape — I’ve loaded it with a full lasagna and it didn’t flex one bit when I pulled it from the oven. The square 25cm size fits my standard rack perfectly, and I love that I can bring it right to the table for serving.
Baking brownies came out perfectly even, and the depth means no spillage even with a full batch. The square shape fits my oven better than my old round pan, and it's held up through heavy use without warping.
