I was a little worried the 6cm depth would make it look shallow in person, but it's actually got a nice presence on the table and held a whole roasted chicken with veggies easily. Cleanup was a breeze since it went straight from the oven to the sink without any fuss.

Baked a deep-dish apple pie in this and it came out perfectly golden, the 30cm diameter handled a full batch without any spillover. The 6cm depth is just right for crispy edges and a sturdy crust.
